Thursday 29th July

My thanks go to Mr B in Montagnac (34) and to Alan near Verdun (82) and their engineering skills in getting heavy items of furniture onto second floor living areas. It must be 5 years since this last occurred and then to have two consecutive deliveries within 4 hours of each other, with hoists to lift. What a coincidence! 

Painted pine

Chunky painted pine delivered 29/07 to John (above).at his lovely cottage near Saulieu, 21. With the Kennilworth laquered tops, it's a great contrast to the French White paint work. This is the third delivery John and Lindsay have had over the past 18 months since they started renovating their property.

Delivery Thursday 22nd July- Chillac (16), Sunflowers and a 14th Century Chateau, what a view from your front door. 

Ashworth sofa

Saturday 24th - Without doubt the most popular design of sofa we deliver, the Ashworth. Shown here as a two seater in Kara Natural fabric along with its new owners Yvonne and Brian in the Charente.

Kensington sofa

Friday 23rd - This is the fabric version of the popular Kensington leather sofa. The fabric in this case was the Como Stone with Como Bark scatter cushion. A smart compact contemporary design. Delivered to Mr and Mrs T  near Brive along with two armchairs.

Some deliveries over the past few days

Friday 23rd July - Delivered mainly bedroom furniture for a gite to Elaine near Limoges but also a Chunky table along with 2+2 painted rush seated chairs. A colourful combination.

Business Fair in Eymet, Dordogne

 

Thurday 15th - English Business fair in Eymet yesterday with some samples of our furniture including  sofas, oak etc. With numerous Brits in the area it was an opportunity to put some of our furniture on display. Kensington sofa in the background, French oak dresser base right background and New Oak bedside in the front.

New Chalet in the Lot.

 

Recently finished helping to furnish this new chalet style property for Sue and John (Iron man!) near Cazals in the Lot,( it is available to rent, details on request). A mixture of traditional furniture as well as contemporary painted bedroom furniture.
